It is MANDATORY that BULK items are left curbside and in front of your property. There are exceptions with our backdoor junk removal service.
CURBSIDE BULK PICKUP ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR COLLECTION

Approved items must be in the right-of-way, not blocked by mailboxes, cars, overhanging tree branches and/or power lines

Household bulk waste includes large items (furniture) or white goods (appliances)

Bulk Collection is defined as no more than 8 cubic yards (the size of a small room of furniture) without special consideration

Perishable garbage must be placed outside of your garbage cans/bins. There is an extra cost for bagging and re-bagging.

All bulky yard trimmings must be placed in a separate pile from household and white goods (appliances)

One hundred (100) or more yard trimming bags can be scheduled as a curbside bulk collection

Tree branches can be of any size in diameter, but must not exceed four (4) feet in length

Scheduling curbside junk pickup for bulky and other miscellaneous items is meant to be a quick process that can save you hundreds of dollars. Simply pre-sort the junk and place them curbside.
For example, Curbside Junk Pick up Area (1) One can be appliances and other metalic items for recycling. Curbside Junk Pick up Area (2) Two can be for broken toys, kitchen, small chairs, discarded electronics, etc... Curbside Junk Pick up Area (3) Three can be for larger and bulky items for pickup like mattresses, boxsprings, refrigerators, old console TVs, treadmills, sofa sectionals, kitchen tables, etc. And, Curbside Junk Pick up Area (4) Four can be for specialty items like wet paint, tires, and smaller items with refrigerants.

If items are not at the curb, then you will need our backdoor service. Backdoor junk removal is for situations liks harding, cleanup, post-construction in garage or basement, brick, tile, flooring, oven, stove, grill, that are still inside. For outside, we take it all except liquid fuel like bird baths, rock pond removal, dog house break down, tree house tear down haul off, dead plants and shrubs (all kinds of yard waste and yard debris). Wallpaper has its place at the landfill including the junk under your kitchen cabinets. Speaking of junk under things, consider backyard junk under decks, cabinets, drywall, mortar, carpet haul off, lumber, fencing, decks, roofing material, plywood, wet carpet, carpet padding, nails, paint, bathtubs, sinks. We also remove hot tubs and jacuzzis.
Indoor furniture removal: sofas, futons, recliners, couches, chairs, old furniture, bookcases, office furniture, desks, old mattresses, old box springs, pool table removal, and ping pong table removal.
Outdoor furniture removal and other junk:
Outdoor junk is also part of our backdoor junk removal service. Here is the outdoor junk removal: swing set removal, hot tub removal, gas grills, junk charcoal grills, old pallets, decks, boxes, general trash, rubbish, patio furniture, outdoor furniture removal, leaves, logs, branches, limbs, and other yard debris.
